OneChain develops data-driven software solutions for supply chain decision-making.
As Head of Development / Technical Product Lead, you take on a central role between business logic and technical implementation, ensuring that ideas are translated into robust, scalable and sustainable systems.
Your Role
You are the technical and conceptual bridge between management, product and development.
You make key technical decisions, structure requirements and provide clear orientation for the development team – without falling into micromanagement.
Your Responsibilities
- Translate business and product requirements into technical concepts
- Make architectural and technology decisions
- Provide technical leadership and sparring for the development team
- Ensure code quality, scalability and long-term sustainability
- Work closely with the CEO on an equal footing
- Co-shape the long-term product and technology roadmap
Your Profile
- Very good English skills (internal team communication is primarily in English)
- Several years of experience in software or product development
- Strong understanding of data-driven systems and architectures
- Interest and understanding of supply chain, production or operations
- Experience working with data, analytics and AI-adjacent applications
- Ability to bridge business logic and technical implementation
- Experience in technical leadership or mentoring development teams
- Motivation to take on a bridging role between domain expertise and technology and to build something – not just maintain it
